Panathinaikos OPAP stunned Real Madrid with a 87-86 win Thursday in a Round 33 game of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.

Georgios Papagiannis led the Greek team to victory with 18 points and 10 rebounds at the OACA Olympic Indoor Hall in Athens.

Thomas Heurtel couldn't prevent Los Merengues' defeat despite his 18 points while Walter Tavares also helped with 12 rebounds.

Real Madrid dropped one spot to place third in the EuroLeague standings with 18 wins and nine losses while Panathinaikos OPAP are in 14th place, lying only one spot above the bottom with eight wins and 18 defeats.
