Spain's Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz beat Paris Basketball 94-81 in a Friday Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Round 18 game as Chima Moneke​​​​​​​ and Markus Howard were on fire.

Nigerian center Moneke​​​​​​​ scored 29 points and teammate Markus Howard from the US​​​​​​​ poured in 28 for the home win at Buesa Arena.

Moneke posted a double-double with 10 rebounds.

French guard Nadir Hifi led Paris Basketball as he scored 16 points for the visitors. TJ Shorts racked up 14 points and German guard Maodo Lo added 12 for the French team.

Paris Basketball had a 72-64 lead by the end of the third quarter, but the hosts dominated the final stanza by scoring 30 to win the game.

The French club had just nine points in the last 10 minutes of the game.

Paris Basketball are 11-6 and moved down to the third spot in the EuroLeague standings.

Baskonia are 14th after winning their eighth game in 18 rounds.

Monaco are the leaders as they are 12-6, and Olympiacos from Greece are second with 12 wins in 18 appearances.

Defending champions Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens won at Bayern Munich 80-69 as US guard Kendrick Nunn had 27 points.

Panathinaikos leapfrogged Bayern Munich into the fourth position at 11 - 7.

Fifth-place Bayern Munich have 11 wins.
