Armand Duplantis sets record with 6.18m vault in Scotland
ISTANBUL
Armand Duplantis set a new world pole vault record Saturday at the Indoor Grand Prix in Glasgow, Scotland.
The 20-year-old American-born Swede broke his own mark of 6.17 meters he set last weekend in Poland with a 6.18-meter vault on his first attempt in Glasgow.
Duplantis won silver at last year’s world championships in Doha, Qatar.
