ISTANBUL
The US women’s volleyball team defeated Serbia 3-2 in the second match of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games on Wednesday.
The US women's national team won game 2 with sets of 25-17, 25-20, 20-25, 14-25 and 17-15 at South Paris Arena 1.
The United States and Serbia have each secured a win so far in the Games.
On Aug. 4, the US will face France and Serbia will take on China.
The top two ranked teams in each pool and the two best third-ranked teams qualify for the quarterfinals.
