ISTANBUL
Turkey and Qatar penned a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between Turkish Foreign Ministry Diplomacy Academy and Qatar Foreign Ministry Diplomacy Institute.
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Khalid bin Muhammad al-Atiyah signed the memorandum of understanding at a ceremony at Conrad Hotel.
Davutoglu said that there were sound political relations between the two countries, stating that Turkey and Qatar have been working together on several international matters.
Al-Atiyah said they were pleased with cooperation between Turkey and Qatar.
