In an interview with a Turkish culture magazine called Postkolik, DJ Hardwell, whose real name is Robbert van de Corput, said he is happy to perform in Turkey again after his last performance in Marmaris three years ago, which is located on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey.
Stressing he doesn’t want to ruin any surprises during the performance in Istanbul, DJ Hardwell said the production and planning of his most recent tour is like nothing he has ever done before.
‘’We tried very hard to turn the concert into an unforgettable experience,’’ he said. ‘’I can hardly wait until May 17.’’
DJ Hardwell has performed in major music festivals such as Tomorrowland, Mysteryland, Coachella and Ultra Music Festival.
Performing for hundreds of thousands of electronic music fans from around the world in the last three years, DJ Hardwell has played his greatest hits called ‘’Zero 76’’, featuring Tiësto, "Call Me a Spaceman", "Cobra" and "Apollo".
A British monthly magazine, DJMAG, chose DJ Hardwell as number one on its list of top 100 DJs, making him the youngest artist to be on the list in the magazine’s 20-year-old history.
