In a written statement released Monday, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Union of Antalya Exporters, Mustafa Satici, said that exports from Antalya in September were up 29.2 percent when compared to the same month last year and reached a value of 90.2 million USD.
In the first nine months of 2012, exports from Antalya reached a value of 900.8 million USD, Satici stressed.
Sectors with most exports from Antalya were agriculture, mining, soil industry and chemicals, Satici noted.
Most of our exports were made to the Russian Federation with a value of 151.7 million USD followed by Germany (89.4 million USD) and Bulgaria (54.8 million USD), Satici also said.
