A ministerial webinar on coronavirus cooperation in Europe, supposed to be held on Wednesday, has been postponed, the organizers said.

"Our virtual event which was planned to take place on September 9, 2020 has been postponed to a later date," Antalya Diplomacy Forum said on Twitter.

The event, Post-Covid-19 Cooperation in South East Europe, in collaboration with Bled Strategic Forum and Neighbors See Together, was being hosted by Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.

Other speakers included top diplomats from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia.

Earlier, the forum's three-day event slated to be held in the Mediterranean resort city of Antalya from March 27-29 had been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The event was to be launched as an annual high-level gathering of professionals who deal with diplomacy such as politicians, diplomats, opinion makers and academics. This year's theme was Diplomacy in the Digital Age.
