ANKARA (AA) - Turkey on Sunday condemned the suicide blast in Somalia's capital of Mogadishu which killed a Somali staff member of the Turkish Red Crescent Society.
In a statement released on Sunday, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said terror attacks across Mogadishu were strongly condemned and that they were upset because of loss of life and injuries.
It was added, a vehicle which was carrying the personnel of the Turkish Red Crescent was targeted while it was enroute in city centre, moreover, many Somalis lost their lives and three Turkish personnel were wounded.
We wish for God's mercy upon those killed, offer our condolences to the families of those killed, and wish speedy recovery to those wounded, the MFA said in its statement.
