Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, NATO's Assistant Secretary General, said that Turkey was an important regional actor and a respected member of NATO.
The solidarity between Turkey and NATO showed itself during the Syrian crisis, added Kitarovic who attended a meeting in southern Antalya province.
She said that Turkey was playing a vital role in NATO, and it was in full solidarity with NATO, adding that this was seen during Syrian crisis.
