Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan said that political reforms and economic reforms saved Turkey from financial turmoils in Europe and political turmoils in the Middle East and North Africa.
Babacan delivered a speech at the general council meeting of the World Chambers Federation (WCF) in Istanbul.
Global economy has been going through a very interesting period nowadays, he said.
The Turkish government has fulfilled many important political reforms since 2002, he said.
