Addressing general assembly of OSCE in Istanbul, Davutoglu said that OSCE successfully responded the changes which occurred in Eurasia region since the end of Cold War.
Three big changes happened during post-Cold War period, said Davutoglu, and named them as collapse of Soviet Union, September 11 attacks, and economic crisis in Europe as well as political transformation in Middle East and North Africa.
Today, two big problems for OSCE were effects of economic crisis on countries and political changes in Middle East and North Africa, said Davutoglu, adding that OSCE needed new dynamism, tools and concepts.
