ANKARA
Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin E. Dempsey paid a visit on Monday to Chief of the Turkish General Staff Gen. Necdet Ozel in Ankara, the Turkish capital.
Ozel welcomed Dempsey with full military honors at the General Staff headquarters.
The Turkish and U.S. top soldiers held a bilateral meeting, which was closed to news media.
