ANKARA
Turkish parliament speaker has said that Turkey demanded a balanced peace in Cyprus which would not allow going back to 1974s in the island.
Turkish Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek received on Wednesday Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) ambassador in Turkey, Mustafa Lakadamyali and Chairman of Cyprus Turkish Warrior Association Ahmet Sevinc in his office.
Cicek stated that Turkey would be standing by TRNC whoever be in charge in the country.
Ahmet Sevinc, chairman of Cyprus Turkish Warrior Association, said that Turkey and Northern Cyprus were like a hand in glove, both countries could not be separated.
