When AA reporter asked whether downing of Turkish jet by Syria could be regarded as violation against NATO, Davutoglu said that Turkey had power to preserve its borders, stating that the issue was between Turkey and Syria. "But Turkey is also a member of NATO. We did not directly file application to NATO. We only informed them," he said.
