ANKARA
Turkish Airlines, Turkey's national air carrier, has announced it has started flights between Istanbul and the Taiwanese capital of Taipei.
Turkish Airlines roundtrip flights will operate seven days a week between Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul and Taoyuan International Airport in Taipei beginning from Tuesday, the airline said in a press release.
Introductory and all-inclusive round trip fares start from €699 ($758), the statement said, adding that Taipei joined the network as the 265th destination for Turkish Airlines in 109 countries.
