ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan on Thursday attended a gala dinner held in Istanbul for Borsa Istanbul (Bourse Istanbul).
Speaking at the dinner, Ali Babacan stressed that Borsa Istanbul would be a crucial step for Turkey and the region.
"We can not think of any other finance center that could compete with Istanbul," Babacan underlined.
"We aim to make Istanbul one of the most important 10 finance centers of the world," Babacan also said.
