Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has called Mostafa Abu-Shakur and congratulated him for his election as the new Prime Minister of Libya and invited him to Turkey.
Erdogan wished Shakur success during his position and said, "We would like to host you in Turkey soon."
Shakur said that for keeping close relations, he would like to come together with Erdogan as soon as possible and he said they appreciated Turkey and Turkish people for their support for the Libyan revolution.
During their call, the unfortunate death of U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens was discussed and Erdogan stated that he condemned the attack and he was deeply sad about it.
More, Shakur stated that the investigation into the issue continued.
