ANKARA
Turkey's central government debt stock stood at 647.7 billion Turkish liras ($250.6 billion) at the end of April, the Turkish Treasury announced on Wednesday.
Most of the debt – 428.5 billion liras ($165.8 billion) – was in Turkish currency and 219.2 billion liras ($84.8 billion) was in foreign currency.
The central government debt stood at 633.5 billion Turkish liras at the end of March.
