Iraqi Kurdish region has 'very good' relations with Türkiye: Barzani
Barzani says his meetings in Ankara last week focused on improving relations, addressing economic, security, regional developments

The president of the Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government (KRG) on Sunday said they have "very good" relations with Türkiye.
After casting his vote in Erbil for the sixth parliamentary elections, Nechirvan Barzani addressed various current issues.
Regarding his visit to Ankara on Oct. 16, Barzani said his meetings focused on improving relations, addressing economic, security, and regional developments.
He had a good meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Barzani added.
Barzani also expressed hope that the elections would be conducted in peace and security, and that voters would exercise their right to vote.
