Turkish Airlines cancels some Istanbul flights due to bad weather
Some flights to/from Istanbul Airport set for Tuesday cancelled in line with decision by state meteorological authorities
ANKARA
Due to adverse weather conditions, national flag carrier Turkish Airlines has cancelled some 56 flights to and from Istanbul Airport set for Tuesday.
The flights were cancelled in line with a decision by the Turkish state Meteorological Emergency Committee, Yahya Ustun, Turkish Airlines’ senior vice president for media relations, announced on X.
Passengers have been advised to follow the status of their flights via the Turkish Airlines website and mobile app.
