Turkish stock exchange up at open
BIST 100 index gains around 13.2 points at opening session

ISTANBUL
Türkiye's benchmark stock index, BIST 100, opened Tuesday at 11,185.98 points, marking an increase of 0.12% or 13.23 points from the previous close.
On Monday, the BIST 100 index rose by 0.15% to a record closing level of 11,172.75 points, with a daily transaction volume of 111 billion liras ($3.36 billion).
As of 10:20 a.m. (0720GMT), the US dollar/Turkish lira (USD/TRY) exchange rate was 32.9480. The EUR/TRY rate stood at 35.8920, while the GBP/TRY rate was 42.5725.
The price of one ounce of gold was $2,393.65, and the price of Brent crude oil was around $81.60 per barrel.
