ANKARA
The Anadolu Agency will broadcast live from the protests that have gripped the American town of Ferguson following the killing of a black teenager by police.
The agency will start transmitting video and stills photographs from 06.00 Turkish time on Thursday, August 21.
The broadcasts will be available to stations that subscribe to AA's Global TV and can be followed on the Internet via a link on AA's website, www.aa.com.tr.
Tensions remain high in the St Louis suburb following the killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown.
Meanwhile, Anadolu Agency journalist Bilgin Sasmaz was mistreated and detained for five hours by Ferguson police on Tuesday as he reported on confrontations between the police and protestors.
