• Türkiye and Indonesia signed two agreements and five memorandums of understanding Monday with boosting bilateral cooperation in their sights as top Turkish officials visit the country for a summit of the G-20.
• The person who left the bomb that caused the explosion on Istanbul’s Istiklal Avenue has been arrested, said Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu.
• The perpetrator of the deadly terrorist attack on Istanbul’s popular Istiklal Avenue took the order from the YPG/PYD/PKK terrorist group in Syria, said Turkish authorities.
• Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy traveled to Ukraine’s southern city of Kherson, days after Russian forces announced their withdrawal from the region and the western bank of the Dnieper River.
• Four more civilians were injured in Russian strikes on Ukraine’s eastern Donetsk region as intense fighting there forced locals to take refuge in bunkers, said a Ukrainian official.

• An Israeli was shot dead by a soldier on suspicion of being a Palestinian attempting to attack him.
• At least three people were killed and two others wounded in a US university shooting as police search for the gunman, who is suspected to be a student, said an official.
• Britain and France signed a new joint declaration to stop Channel migrant crossings.
• The UK announced further sanctions against Iranian officials in response to the country's violent crackdown on protesters, a government statement said.
• Haiti's Prime Minister Ariel Henry has dismissed three high-ranking government officials, aggravating the deep political crisis the Caribbean country is undergoing.
• An employee and researcher of the government-owned energy company Hydro-Quebec in Canada was charged with spying for China.
