Emir of Qatar Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Abdullah bin Jassim bin Muhammed Al Thani has granted 11 million USD to Gaza for construction of the Justice Palace.
Palestinian government in Gaza announced that Al Thani granted 11 million USD to support the construction project.
The statement quoted Prime Minister Ismail Haniya's hope as saying "Qatar's important and admirable role on the reconstruction of Gaza should set a model for other Arab countries".
Al Thani pledged 407 million USD for the reconstruction of Gaza during his visit to Gaza in October 2012.
