Caucasus Emirate has said they fight with Russia not the US.

Caucasus Emirate, fighting for establishing a sovereign and united Islamic state in the north of Caucasia, has released a written statement on Boston bombings.
Headed by Dokka Umarov, the Emirate denied the claims that one of the two suspects of bombings lived in Dagestan for 6 months and might have relations with with their resistance forces.
The Emirate said that the members of their resistance in Caucasia fight with Russia, not the US. "The US press should stop speculating and conducting Russian propaganda. If the US government has an interest on finding the real planners of the bombings, and not be a part of this Russian show, it should focus on the role of Russian security services in the incidents," the announcement said.
The statement reminded the message that Umarov released in 2012 in which he said they would not target civilians.

The Caucasus Emirate is designated as a terrorist organization by the United States and Russia. In 2011, the US government offered $5 million for information leading to the apprehension of Umarov.

In July 2011, the United Nations Security Council Al-Qaeda and Taliban Sanctions Committee added the Caucasus Emirate to the list of entities associated with Al-Qaeda.
