Secretary-general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has said that if Syria did not fulfill its tasks by November, then its membership to the OIC would be suspended.
Attending a conference in Beijing, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu said that the situation in Syria was extremely grave, stating that bloodshed and violence in Syria must be ended.
Ihsanoglu said that ceasefire must be declared in Syria and sound reforms must be implemented in the country.
