While official Kuwaiti news agency KUNA did not supply details about the meeting, it noted the attendance of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah al-Khalid al-Hamad al-Sabah.
Kuwait’s Foreign Minister had said in a statement earlier that Jarba’s visit was "important and well-timed." Alongside the humanitarian crisis in Syria, he stated they would discuss preparations for the Geneva-2 Conference expected to be held in January and the International Aid Conference for Syrians.
