ANKARA

Daesh released a video Tuesday showing the execution of a Palestinian teenager who the group accused of being an "Israeli spy."

The footage showed Mohamed Saeed Ismail Musallam, 19, sitting in a room and wearing an orange jumpsuit.

He talked about his alleged ties with the Mossad, Israel's intelligence agency.

In the video, Musallam says he was working for Mossad against Daesh (the Arabic acronym name for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) and his mission was to document the locations of weapons’ warehouses. He also said that he was trained at Israeli camps.

The young man is then shot in the head by a boy. The video could not be independently verified.

Musallam’s father denied last month that any of his family members had any ties with the Mossad.
