Putin-Trump phone call concluded after 2 1/2 hours: Kremlin
Russian and UN presidents discussed normalization of bilateral ties and resolution of Ukraine conflict

MOSCOW
A highly anticipated telephone call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Donald Trump has concluded, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.
"The conversation has ended," Peskov told reporters in Moscow, but gave no further details.
According to media reports, the phone call lasted about 2 1/2 hours and "went well."
Earlier in the day Peskov said Putin and Trump would discuss the normalization of bilateral ties and resolving the Ukraine conflict, among other topics.
