Chrome mine collapse kills 1 in Turkey

BURSA, Turkey

One person has died and another has been injured in a mine collapse in Turkey's western province of Bursa on Wednesday.

Paramedics said that one of the miners, Mustafa Evren, died and another Ramazan Alci was injured in the collapse, in the chrome mine located in the Harmancik district in Bursa.

The injured worker was taken to Bursa Public Hospital.

The reason for the collapse is still unknown.
