Civilian killed in terror attack in Syria
Security forces suspect attack may have been carried out by PKK/YPG terror group
MANBIJ, Syria
A civilian was killed and seven injured in a terror attack in the Manbij district of Syria, which is under the control of the Syrian National Army (SNA), security sources said.
A bomb in a vehicle exploded on Aleppo Street in the district.
Security measures in the area have been heightened but no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Security forces suspect that the attack may have been carried out by the PKK/YPG terror organization.
The SNA forces liberated Manbij from terrorists on Dec. 9, as part of Operation Dawn of Freedom.
