“The Toolbox of Professional Life: Leadership in the New Normal” training was organized by AA Academy

Anadolu Ajansı (AA) Academy organized “The Toolbox of Professional Life: Leadership in the New Normal” training in İstanbul office with the participation of managers.

Regional managers and deputy managers attended the training given by Prof. Dr. Ünsal Sığrı, Vice Rector of OSTİM Technical University.

An interactive training was given with theoretical information and practical exercises. In the training, many topics were touched upon, including Leadership Characteristics and Leadership Development Roadmap, Teamwork, Effective Presentation Practice, Feedback Practice, and Goal Setting Practice.
