AA Academy offers training programs in order to increase the quality of news and communication in the national and international media. Our academy provides practical and systematic training for journalists to adapt to dazzling developments in the media, new platforms and technologies. Our trainings provide participants with the knowledge and skills of analytical thinking, questioning, problem solving, effective communication, good and understandable text writing, and image and photo shooting. With this understanding, the AA Academy cooperates with all national and international institutions and organizations operating in the media and providing journalism education and benefits from all new formations in this field.

The "master/apprentice" method, which is on the verge of being forgotten in journalism, is revived with the practical trainings in our institution. Anadolu Agency's master journalists act as the "vocational coaches" of the participants. In addition, expert educators and respected journalists from different institutions provide training at the Academy. Within the scope of our national and international training programs, each participant is given the opportunity to write news, make interviews, develop a special news reflex, and take and process photographs and images. In these trainings, each work of the participant is monitored, measured and evaluated.

AA Academy, which was established with the decision taken on December 23, 2011, has been actively training since February 6, 2012.
