Kingsley Coman extends contract with Bayern Munich
French attacker signs 5-year contract with German team
ANKARA
Kingsley Coman extended his contract with Bayern Munich until 2027 on Wednesday, the club announced.
According to a statement, the France international's contract, originally due to run until June 30, 2023, has been extended by five years.
"I’m very happy because FC Bayern are one of the best clubs in the world and I know we still have a lot of opportunities and big goals here. I've been at the club since 2015 – it feels like a big family. Everything is perfect here," the 25-year-old said.
Club CEO Oliver Kahn said "players with Kingsley Coman’s ability are wanted by clubs all around the world ... We’re pleased that Kingsley has extended with us long-term."
Coman has won one UEFA Champions League title (2020), one FIFA Club World Cup (2021) and six Bundesliga titles (2016-2021) with the German powerhouse.
