Karl-Anthony Towns recorded a double-double with 31 points and 11 rebounds as the Knicks secured their 44th win of the season at Madison Square Garden.
Mikal Bridges added 27 points, while OG Anunoby contributed 23 points to the home victory.
Despite Kyshawn George's 15 points and 10 rebounds, along with Jordan Poole's 25 points, the Wizards suffered their 55th loss of the season.
