ANKARA
Turkey's privatization authority is set to hold a final bargaining with bidders next Monday in the sell out of highways and two bridges over the Istanbul Strait.
The winning bidder will secure the operating rights of the highways and the bridges for a period of 25 years.
The deal includes highways between Edirne-Istanbul-Ankara, Pozanti-Tarsus-Mersin, Tarsus-Adana-Gaziantep, Toprakkale-Iskenderun, Gaziantep-Sanliurfa, Izmir-Cesme, Izmir-Aydin, as well as Istanbul's Bosphorus and Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridges and their beltways.
Three consortiums expected to compete in the final bargaining round are as follows:
-Nurol Holding AS - MV Holding AS - Alsim Alarko Sanayi Tesisleri&Ticaret AS - Kalyon Insaat Sanayi&Ticaret AS - Fernas Insaat AS Joint Investment Group
-Koc Holding AS - UEM Group Berhad - Gozde Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi AS Joint Investment Group
-Autostrade Per I'Italia S.P.A. - Dogus Holding AS - Makyol Insaat Sanayi Turizm&Ticaret AS - Akfen Holding AS Joint Investment Group.
