WASHINGTON
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton got back to work on Monday after she had been discharged from New York-Presbyterian Hospital last week.
Personnel of the State Department welcomed Clinton with presents on her first day at the office.
Meanwhile, Victoria Nuland, the spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State, said that Clinton had been in continuous contact with Senator John Kerry who was nominated as the next state secretary.
Clinton had a blood clot due to the concussion of the brain and had received an anti-coagulant treatment at hospital.
