KABUL (AA)
A blast hit the Afghan capital of Kabul killing three people and leaving many others injured on Tuesday.
The blast occurred near the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission in the Pul-e-Surkh area of the western part of the city, officials said.
Officials said the blast targeted the convoy of Mohammed Mohaqiq, the country's second vice president and leader of the Hazara ethnic minority.
Police said Mohaqiq was admitted to hospital with many others injured.
