Protest in Istanbul conference sparked by presence of Russian delegation member reportedly elected from annexed Crimea
ISTANBUL
Tensions between Russian and Ukrainian delegations at an economic meeting in Istanbul boiled over on Wednesday about the issue of Crimea.
