SANLIURFA, TURKEY - AUGUST 21 : Children spread red chili peppers at a giant fabric on a sunny day in Sanliurfa, Turkey on August 21, 2017. After red chili peppers are separated from their stems, workers spread them on the ground to dry under the sun and split them into pieces with hand before going through the machine process to made isot pepper. Isot peppers are more skinnier and darker than other chili peppers and it turns to purplish after they have been sun-dried.
