A joint military exercise by Bulgarian, Romanian and U.S. naval forces in the Black Sea has been postponed due to weather conditions, according to the Bulgarian defense ministry.

The Bulgarian defense ministry said that the military drill was planned in 2013 and had no relation to the current events in Ukraine.
