ANKARA
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu will attend an upcoming Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) meeting in Russia, diplomatic sources said late on Monday.
The meeting will be held in the city of Sochi on July 1; Turkey is one of the founding members of the organization.
The other members are Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania.
Established in 1992, the BSEC calls itself a “multilateral political and economic initiative” aimed at peace, stability and prosperity in the Black Sea region.
