35 people wounded in Nusaybin blast blamed on terrorist group PKK

MARDIN, Turkey
Two police officers were martyred in a car bomb attack carried out Friday morning by PKK terrorists in Nusaybin, Mardin, in southeastern Turkey, the governorship said.
The Mardin Governor’s Office said in a statement that 35 people, including two civilians, were wounded in the attack.
It added that PKK terrorists attacked the Nusaybin Regional Traffic Station at around 05:45 a.m. (0345GMT) local time.
The office also conveyed condolences to the families of the martyred police officers and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded.
The blast caused extensive damage to the housing compound and a large impact crater at the blast site.
