MARDIN, Turkey
Three police officers were martyred and another wounded in a roadside bomb attack in Turkey’s southeastern province of Mardin on Tuesday night, security sources said.
The improvised explosive device, which was planted by the PKK terrorist organization, went off as an armoured police vehicle was passing by.
The wounded police officer was taken to Nusaybin State Hospital.
Security forces have launched an operation to nab the terrorists.
