Some foreign media organizations were protested on Thursday by a group, who named themselves as "Our Guys" for biased broadcasts on Taksim Gezi Park incidents.

Gathering via social media, "Our Guys" with currencies in their hands, met in front of BBC's office in Istanbul, where Berna Ozgul, speaking on behalf of the group, stated that foreign media organizations like BBC, CNN International and Reuters were broadcasting as if "a civil war was in Turkey".

Ozgul remarked that Americans were more surprised of CNN International's long lasting broadcasts and said, "Broadcasting manipulative news as live, international media, making a deduction to follow Taksim Gezi Park protests in Istanbul, did not escape my notice. Newspapers publishing in US carried the news on internet as if a civil war was going on in the country. However, we know what the same media did while 100 thousand people died in Syria."

Another member of the group Yasir Aslanoglu told they were protesting BBC and CNN International and said, "We are not against freedom of press and expression. We are against media's being an active part of international operation."
